With the rapid evolution of P2P based networking and cloud computing, a new era of a hybrid P2P and cloud-based distributed simulations has emerged while offering a promising solution to traditional distributed simulations' limitations, where both computing and storage capacities will be delivered as a service to a variety of federated cloud simulations. This research will explore both the theoretical and practical aspects of mobile cloud computing and large-scale distributed simulation systems. The scalability, self-management, service reliability, persistency, flexibility, and self-adaptive context data dissemination and distribution management of P2P-cloud based simulation and mobile systems are the main focus in this program.
