Quality Management Framework for Treehouse Medical

This proposal relates to the development of a maternal health community platform. It allows for the collaboration of maternal allied health professionals and their clients. The solution has critical information that needs to be securely stored with the ability to share information with other care providers within the circle of care and with their client. This will allow further insight(s) into and address gaps in sharing information other care providers within circle of care, seamless integration into other healthcare systems to mitigate adverse patient outcomes among maternal-fetal specialities. Our focus on this project will be to build on the existing Quality Management Framework. The Quality Management framework will help to ensure that all Treehouse Medical products and services are consistent. It has four main components: quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Quality management is focused not only on the product and service quality, but also on the means to achieve it.
