The creation of a market intelligence data model to gain a better understanding of potential rural Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and Internet customers. Through data analytics an application will be developed to collect, analyze and summarize demographic data regarding potential customers using artificial intelligence. These efforts will ideally generate significant market research that would allow the organization to understand who new IPTV customers are and to explore how to communicate with them obtained through an understanding of customer needs, demands and preferences for telecom services.
