社交焦虑是大学生最常见的焦虑障碍。研究表明社交焦虑对大学生身心健康、学业、就业及恋爱和婚姻关系等均有不同程度损害，但却忽视了其所带来的学习生产力减损（缺勤与隐性缺勤）这一负面影响。高校普遍设立的心理健康服务为社交焦虑的早期干预和有效管理提供了基础资源，而只有基于需方偏好的心理健康服务才能获得良好效果。为此，本研究将：①评估社交焦虑所致的大学生学习生产力减损水平；②借助跨学科理论探索社交焦虑大学生心理健康服务需求意愿及利用的影响机制；③采用优劣尺度法（BWS）测量社交焦虑大学生的心理健康服务选择偏好；④提出社交焦虑大学生的心理健康管理策略。本研究首次将健康生产力损失理论引入大学生心理健康领域，拓展了社交焦虑疾病负担的理论内涵和研究范畴，同时首次采用BWS选择建模方法测量社交焦虑大学生的心理健康服务偏好，将为有针对性提供高校层面的心理支持提供循证依据，并将有助于推动BWS在我国的应用与发展。

Social anxiety is the most common anxiety disorder among college students. Previous studies have shown that social anxiety harms college students' physical and mental health, academic achievement, as well as their job hunting, romantic and marital relationships to varying degrees, but they ignore the burden of classroom-related productivity loss (absenteeism and presenteeism). Mental health services in colleges and universities provide basic resources for early intervention and effective management of social anxiety, while only services matching patients’ preference can be effective. To this end, the project will: (1) assessing the social anxiety caused by college students learning productivity impairment level;(2) exploring the mechanism of mental health service demand intention and actual utilization of college students with social anxiety based on interdisciplinary theory; (2) measuring the preference for mental health service of college students with social anxious using Best-Worst Scaling (BWS);and (4) putting forward mental health management strategy for college students with social anxiety. This is the first study to introduce health-related productive loss theory to college students’ mental health, and the first study on preference for mental health service of college students using BWS choice modelling based survey. The outcomes of this project will expand the theoretical connotation of disease burden of social anxiety, and will provide important insights on how to optimize mental health services, also promote the application of BWS in China.
