重大基础设施工程组织关系行为的形成动因、价值传导及效能涌现研究

重大工程参建方为建立、发展和维护组织间合作关系所表现出的组织关系行为是影响项目目标实现的关键因素之一。然而，当前对该关系行为形成和传导机理的“认知黑箱”，严重阻碍了其对组织效能的提升。为此，本课题立足于我国重大工程管理实践，基于组织行为学、网络动力学等，通过融合质性研究、价值网络分析、情景仿真技术等，凝练和提出重大工程组织关系行为的形成动因、价值传导和效能涌现问题。具体包括：1）通过文献和案例解析组织关系行为的主要特征和类型，刻画组织关系行为形成动因；2）采用改进的利益相关者价值网络方法构建组织关系行为的价值传导模型，并通过内外部动因作用明晰组织关系行为传导路径及规律；3）基于传导机理采用计算实验揭示组织关系行为对组织效能影响的非线性和动态涌现效应，并选取典型案例进行验证分析。研究成果对于丰富和发展了重大工程组织关系行为理论，合理引导重大工程组织关系行为选择和治理具有理论支撑与实践指导。

Organization relational behavior in megaproject (MORB) refers to the desired actions involved in the process of megaproject implementation to promote the establishment, development and maintenance collaborative relationship among organizations. It plays significant role to realize the goal of construction megaprojects. However, the lack of cognition regarding the formulation and conduction mechanism of MORB severely hinder the improvement of megaproject effectiveness. Based on the theories of organizational behavior and network dynamic, this project applies qualitative study, value network analysis, agent-based computational method to deeply understand the formation, value conduction, and effectiveness emergence of MORB. Specific objectives of the study are to: 1) define the features categories and motivations of MORB by literature review and case studies; 2) develop the value conduction model of MORB based on extended value network analysis method, then examine the conduction path and rules among multiple stakeholders under internal and external motivation factors; 3) explore the nonlinear and dynamic emergence effect of MORB on organizational effectiveness in construction megaproject based on conduction mechanism by applying computational experiment, then verify the result by typical cases. The results will not only contribute to the development of theory of relational behavior in the context of Chinese megaprojects, but also provide useful implications for participating organizations to improve MORB fulfilment and governance.
