悖论认知框架作为企业成员透视悖论现象的一种思维方式,是建设性解决悖论冲突的关键因素。近年,研究者对其产生了浓厚兴趣,主要从西方主导哲学视角,探讨悖论认知框架的内涵、前因与结果。然而,中国企业成员倾向从阴阳平衡视角应对和管理悖论冲突,与西方个体的悖论认知框架存在显著差异,但是本土视角的悖论认知框架研究并未受到重视。因此,本项目基于阴阳哲学思想和本土悖论管理理论,借鉴西方悖论管理理论有益观点,建立以悖论认知框架本土结构为核心的理论框架。重点探究:①界定悖论认知框架本土结构和开发其测量量表;②从悖论视角,揭示悖论认知框架本土结构的多层次形成机理及其结果;③将西方导向的线性分析方法与本土导向的“过犹不及”效应、QCA研究方法有效结合,更为准确地验证悖论认知框架本土结构理论框架。研究目的是建立本土导向悖论认知框架理论,使之成为悖论认知框架普适化理论的重要部分,也为中国企业的悖论管理实践提供理论指导。

As a thinking of enterprise members understanding paradox phenomenon, paradoxical cognitive framework is a key factor that promotes to solve paradox conflict. It has attracted researchers' strong interest recently. Existing studies mainly discusse the construction, antecedent and consequence of paradoxical cognitive framework from western dominant philosophy perspective. However, Chinese enterprise members tend to understand and solve paradox problem from Yin-yang balancing perspective, which have significant difference from westerner paradoxical cognitive framework. Unfortunately, the researchers don't pay close attention to the local perspective of paradoxical cognitive framework. Therefore, based on Yin-yang philosophy and local paradox management theory and drawing lessons from the beneficial view of western paradox management research,we develop a theoretical framework of the local construction of paradoxical cognitive framework. The theoretical framework includes three parts: (1) defining the local construction of paradoxical cognitive framework and developing its measurement scale; (2) disclosing the multi-level formation mechanism and consequence of the local construction of paradoxical cognitive framework; (3) combining western-oriented research method of linear analysis and local-oriented research method of "Too-Much-of-a-Good-Thing effect" and QCA, which could make the theoretical framework's conclusion more accurately. Ultimately, the research purpose is to build a local theory of paradox cognitive framework and make it become an important part of the universal theory of paradoxical cognitive framework. It also provides theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises' paradox management practice.
