手性芳氧基胺是一类重要手性化合物，在药物化学和临床治疗上有着及其重要的作用。因此，对于这类手性化合物的合成研究，在药物领域具有极其重要的意义。本项目拟在设计开发一系列的手性环双氮金属铱络合物催化剂的基础上，以炔基腈为反应底物，实现不对称羟基化反应，构建手性羟基腈化合物，从而发展高效、高对映选择性的不对称有机合成新方法。此外，本项目拟将发展起来的有效的不对称有机合成方法学应用到手性药物如(R)-Fluoxetine的合成中，为活性药物分子的合成提供一条简洁有效的途径。

Chiral aryloxy amines are kinds of significantly important chiral compounds, which have been found wide applications in medicinal chemistry and clinical therapies. Thus, their synthetic studies of these chiral compounds would have profound influences in medicinal field. This project aims to build chiral hydroxyl nitrile compounds by asymmetric hydroxylation reaction of alkynyl nitriles as reaction substrates based on designing and developing series of chiral annular double nitrogen iridium complex catalysts, which is to develop new asymmetric organic synthesis methodology with high efficiency and enantioselectivity. Besides, this project will also study the application of asymmetric hydroxylation methodology on synthesis of chiral drug such as (R)-Fluoxetine to provide concise and efficient synthetic route for bioactive drugs.
