利用共轭聚合物混合物中的相分离技术,在低维异质结构纳米材料中实现量子限制效应,研究被限制到低能激子态的激子之间高度相干的机理以及量子限制和激子浓度对受激辐射的影响;激子发光动力学过程;共聚物中不同的同聚物之间的能量传递;浓度猝灭;光致漂白和电场诱导发光猝灭的机理;量子尺寸与量子限制的关系,认识共轭聚合物量子限制效应的本质,制备高效稳定的聚合物量子限制效应的电致发光器件,从而为实现聚合物高效率、高亮度的激光二极管实现必备的条件,为推动信息产业的发展提供新技术、物理基础和实验依据。

An ABA triblock conjugated polymer with strong two-dimensional quantum confinement of excitons was synthesized by the technique of phase separated and the self-assembly of two block conjugated polymers in binary blends, the heterostructures of the polymer quautum line with the PBZ and 2,5-PBA block are prepared. The spatial confinement of excitons ,and microphase separation as well as efficient energy transfer via interchain and intrachain mechanisms in the ABA triblock polymer heterostructures were shown by optical absorption, photolumnescence, and photoluminescence excitation spectra of the triblock polymer at room temperature.The photoluminescence characteristics of the blend of the MPD dispersed in an alternating block copolymer containing thiophene vinylene chromophore units and inert oligomethylene spacer units provided bright red luminescent emission centered at 640nm. The strength of the emission was based, in part, on efficient energy transfer between the copolymer and the dye. The SiO2 with 60nm diameter and the ZnO nanocrystals with 5nm diameter were synthesized by the technique of Sol-Gel,respectively. The ZnO nanocrystals is coupled by mercapacetic acetic and the PVK/ SiO2 complexes with different concentration rate were obtained by blending SiO2 nanocrystals and PVK tegother. The effects of the electron transfer from ZnO nanocrystals to mercapacetic acetic on luminescence quenching were investigated by photoluminescence spectra, X-ray spectra and XPS. It is shown that the bound excitons contribute just to the processes of the electron transfer, rather than for the free excitons; The investigations of PVK/ SiO2 luminescence show that there are the interface effects and the energy transfer at the interface between the PVK and the SiO2. One of the essential conditions is the overlap of the emiting spectra of PVK and the absorption spectra of SiO2; The random enhancement of luminescence intensity coming of the bleaching from the PVK/SiO2 were found in experiments;The investigations of the colorimetric transition of the complex of MC16 and PDA binding E.coli carried out show that the interfacial behaviors of MC16 and PDA at the water/air interface exhibited a good miscribility. We demonstrated the dependence of colorimetric response of MC16 and PDA on the incubation time in E.col solution. Base on the dynamical analysis of colorimtric transition caused by binding the bacterium to MC16, It was estimated that one E.col was only binded two MC16,molecules.These results from the studies on the quantum confinement and interference of excitons,energy transfer,and the charge states and characteristic at the heterointerface,are very importance for applying the low dimensions heterostructure materials and nanometer technique to photoelectric devices.
