Civic commitment for environmental protection in the cities Mainz, Wiesbaden (and Freiburg) - 1960 till today (2012 - 2015)

The proposal at hand applies for the continuation of the research project regarding civic commitment for urban environmental protection in Mainz and Wiesbaden within the research network "Pathways to sustainable development of cities", which has been running since September 2012. During the research, there occurred the need to extend the sample of cities in the analysis in order to be able to achieve the projects´ research goals. Therefore Freiburg im Breisgau was added to the setting. Through this, the workload increased, which is the motivation for this proposal for a half year long extension.
