Search for tactics to balance management of chemicals and industry profit

为了解决环境问题，我们从以下三个方面寻找平衡企业盈利和化学物质管理的策略。 (1)为了探索化学品管理的简易水平，在欧盟实施REACH的有机农场和生态村进行了实地工作。（2）为了探索化学品管理的严格水平，我们对暴露于非常低水平的化学物质时感到强烈疼痛的多重化学敏感性进行了研究，（3）通过MFCA进行结构性的工序改善，探索将化学物质管理和物质流成本核算相结合的可能性，为高层管理者的决策提供帮助。REACH法规的监管水平不高，识别能使MCS患者病情好转的物质可能是可视化的，并揭示了化学品管理和MFCA之间的制度问题。

In order to solve environmental problems, we look for tactics that balance corporate earnings and management of chemical substances, from the three following aspects . (1) To explore the easy level of chemical management, field work was held at organic farm and eco-village at EU, where REACH is enforced, (2) To explore rigid level of chemical management, we made research about Multiple Chemical Sensitivity who feel a strong pain in exposure to very low level chemical substances, (3) To explore the potential of connecting chemical substance management and Material Flow Cost Accounting that is available to top management decision-making because MFCA enables structural process improvement.As a result, the level of regulation REACH is not so high, identifying the materials that afford MCS patients get better could be able to visualized, and institutional issues on connecting chemical management and MFCA, were revealed.
