The study on Recovery Process of Daily Living in Patients and Quality of Life with Total Hip Arthroplasty

本研究的目的是评价226例全髋关节置换术（THA）后患者日常生活活动类别的恢复过程和生活质量。对K大学医院患者THA术后3个月、6个月和12个月的11项日常生活活动恢复情况进行调查。我们使用改良关节炎影响测量量表来评估生活质量。结果表明：将髋关节置换术后1年内11个类别的恢复过程分为4组。THA术后3个月的恢复情况有显著差异。与术前相比，术后在社会滚动、社会活动、焦虑和流动性方面存在肯定反应。各变量之间也存在正相关关系。与THA术后6个月和12个月的生活质量变化相比，在流动性和社会活动方面也有显著差异。

the purpose of this study was to evaluate the recovery process of categories on movement in daily living and quality of life of 226 patients after Thorl Hip Arthroplasty (THA). We investigated recovery process of discharge from K University Hospital on 11 categories on movement in daily living after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months form THA.We used Modified Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales for evaluation of quality of life.The results were as follows : The recovery process on 11 categories in a year after THA was classified into 4 groups. The conditions of recovery during three months after THA made significant differnces. After THA compared with before THA, there were affimative reactions on social rolls, social activities, anxiety and mobility. There was also a positive corelation among all variables. There were also signigicant differences of changes in quality of life compared between 6 months and 12 months after THA on mobility and social activities.
