Grasping of Environmental Impacts with Inpatients Based on Structuring Modeling

本研究采用解释结构建模系统（ISM）方法，探讨住院病人对环境影响的认知。通过与3名研究人员、2名护士和6名住院患者的讨论，选出住院患者感知环境影响的新18项。为了建立结构模型，我们将这一方法应用于两名不相同活动的住院患者。因此，结构模型显示了每个患者的差异。因此，该结构模型对个体的环境影响评价是有效的。

This study was examined how inpatient perceive environmental impact using the ISM (Interpretive Structuring Modeling System) Method. New 18 items among inpatient perceive the environmental impact were selected by a discussion with three researchers, two nurses, and six inpatients. This was applied to two inpatients who were not the same ambulation in order to establish the structuring models.As a result, the structuring models showed the difference depending on each patient. Therefore the structuring model is effective to assess the environmental impact for individual.
