The project deals with the history of bioethics in Germany. As far as the planned monograph is concerned the normative typology of bioethics as "applied" ethics is being explored.The grant will make it possible to complete extensive work on a philosophical-historical and contemporary historical project, to network the project through cooperation and to secure the project results (which include a large digital archive) for subsequent research.
