Longitudinal Research for Changes in Learning Needs of Japan

摘要本研究旨在分析1991年至2001年间成人学习需求的变化。在1999年，我们对成人学习的紧急需求做了个案研究。在2000年和2001年，我们通过网络对学生学习需求的变化进行了问卷调查。特别是对职业生活中学习需求的变化进行了分析。在这个分析中，我们寻找了以下学习需求的变化。老化society2。信息高度发达的社会。Globalization4。性别problem5。这次研究的结果是，我们的下一个任务是根据当前和紧急任务制定相应的方案。最后，针对终身学习社会中学习需求的巨大变化，设计了相应的理论框架。

The purpose of this study is to analyze of changes in learning needs of adult between 1991 and 2001. So in 1999, we did case studies on emergency needs for adult learning. And in 2000 and 2001, we did the survey by questionnaire method thorough Internet, on the change of learning needs.Especially we have analyzed on the change of learning needs in vocational life. In this analysis we have looked for the change in the following learning needs1. Ageing society2. High informed society3. Globalization4. Gender problem5. Environmental problemAs a result of this study, we had a next task to make programs in corresponding to the present and emergency tasks. Lastly, we designed theoretical frameworks to the big changed learning needs in the lifelong learning society.
