Research on Philanthropy and the Business Development of Welfare Industry in an Aged Society

日本社会的老龄化正在迅速发展。我们认为慈善事业和老年科技在日本老龄化社会中越来越重要。我们的研究目的是既要把握需要长期护理的人，又要把握健康人的需求，并结合最新的福利产业来考察业务，从理论的角度来构建理论。关于“慈善”，我们对很多企业和从事慈善活动的组织进行了调查，并就近年来与企业和NPO的合作进行了交流。IWATA论文《企业坚持社会贡献的背景》、OGI论文《事业相关营销的谱系与视角》、YAMABA论文《企业社会责任与工程师人力资源开发》（均发表于《日本福岛大学经济研究学报》2004年特别版）。在“福利产业的商业布局”方面，高桥的论文“当代生活贫困与福利产业”和关口的论文“福利产业的战略发展”（《当代文化》第107期）展示了其理论框架。关于福利事业的具体部署，撰写了AKIBA论文“福利产业的发展过程与成功的关键因素”和TAGAWA论文“福利设备租赁服务提供商与护理经理之间的关系”（以上均为日本福岛大学经济研究期刊）。KIMATA论文将慈善事业与福利事业的关系总结为“企业福利事业与企业社会责任的联系”，回顾了这三年的监测研究活动。在这些工作成果的基础上，高桥的一篇论文或《老年痴呆和福利产业的中期预测》（以上全部发表在《日本福岛大学经济研究杂志》）预测了从2005年到2030年，各县每五年的护理需求。少

Aging of Japanese society is progressing quickly. We think that philanthropy and gerontechonorogy increase importance in the Japanese aged society.
