Transformation of institutional Framework for Policy Process: The Cases of the Nordic Countries

基于我们的研究，发现：（1）有两种类型的合作主义，一种是制度性的合作主义，纳入政府系统，另一种是社会性的合作主义，提供社会整合和动员。(2)北欧国家的政治过程和分权必须从两种类型的合作主义来评价和分析。(3)北欧国家的福利国家正在改变其性质，但该地区的福利国家取向似乎得到了维持。(4)社会分化，如性别和移民变得更加明显，但在北欧国家没有严重的社会冲突。(5)欧盟一体化对北欧国家的影响是显而易见的，但每个国家似乎都有不同的调整体系。

Based on our research, the following findings are identified: (1) There are two types of corporatism, one is institutional corporatism that is incorporated into government systems, and the other is societal corporatism that provides social integration and mobil ization. (2) Nordic countries' political process and decentralization have to be evaluated and analyzed from the two types of corporatism. (3) Welfare states in nordic countries are changing their nature, but the welfare state orientation in this region seems to be maintained. (4) Social divisions such as gender and immigrants became more visible, but there is no serious social conflicts in nordic countries. (5) Impacts of EU integration over nordic countries are clear, but each country seems to have a different system of adjustment.
