A Study of the Willingness to learn promotion with Personality Information for eLearning Environment

为了克服在线学习环境中的孤独感，人们提出了人格感知信息的概念。一个基于PIA的系统PIAGETS(PIAGETS)正在建设中，以支持通过互联网建立协作学习环境中的人际关系。为了显示我们所提出的PIAGETS的有效性，我们进行了一项实验，考察了人际关系对学习活动的影响。实验结果发现，与没有建立师生人际关系的学生相比，建立了师生人际关系的学生的学习效果更好。具体而言，学习效果的提高表现在较高的学习能力，以及对学习内容的正面形象上。我们报告了通过基于文本的CMC环境进行的一对一交流活动的研究。根据对建立人际关系的几种沟通策略的测试，以及通过使用表情符号作为沟通激活器所表达的互惠现象的观察，有可能为教师提取一些提示，以便与学生建立成功的人际关系。

The concept of personality information for awareness (PIA) has been proposed to overcome the sense of loneliness in e-Leaming environments. A PIA-based system, called "PIAGETS (Personality Information for Awareness applied to Group learning in web-based Education/ Training Support, system)", is being constructed to support interpersonal relations building for collaborative learning environments through Internet. To show the effectiveness of our proposed PIAGETS, an experiment was conducted to examine the influence of interpersonal relationships on the learning activity. As a result of the experiments, we found that the learning effect was higher for students which have build teacher learner interpersonal relations, when compared with students without such relationships. Specifically, the improvement in learning effect can be seen in terms of higher learning ability, as well as a positive image to the learning contents. And we report on the study performed for one-to-one communication activity through text-based CMC environments. From the results, based on tests of several communication strategies to build human relations and the observed phenomenon of reciprocity expressed through emoticon's use as a communication activator, it is possible to extract some tips for the teacher in order to build successful human relation with the students.
