Intellectual Society and Publish in Modern China

本课题《近代中国(史太夫)知识分子研究》从以下几个方面着手出版：(1)科举资料研究(2)百科全书研究；(3)《石林广集》研究(3)石刻及中国石刻书籍的出版这四年来，有好有少。(1)出版了《元代知识分子与地方社会》(2004年京子修)，并在其中介绍了《神关吕边历教三常文参》。这是一份关于元代文官考试的重要史料。(2)从大约10年前开始，我研究了《宋代文选》的版本。在此期间，我发表了一些关于SLGJ的文章。其中从《大藏经》中禁语的使用等方面研究了蒙古文出版的立法问题，并通过1276年的《婚典》研究了百科全书的出版与典籍的关系。(3)研究了石刻和地方志方面的书籍，收集了元代石刻，编撰了京鲁地区的石刻名录。但启动这一项目后，我对中国的一张纸印制出版物、婚姻契约、土地契约、一些科举印本等产生了兴趣。我发现，尽管对这些印本的研究在中国出版史上占有重要的地位，但对这一问题的研究却很少。在中国，古董市场非常繁荣，这样的床单大多出现了。所以我们需要为使用这种材料做准备。在这一点上，我认为这个方向的研究是有用的。作为这个项目的报告，我出版了《社会史材料出版物》。

On this Project I research on intellectuals in modern China (SHI-TAI-FU) and publish from these points(1) Research on materials of civil examination(2) Research on Chinese encyclopedia ; specially on "Shilin Guangji"(3) Stone inscriptions and publish of books on stone inscription in ChinaIn this four years, some have a good result and others small.On(1); I published "Intellectuals and Local Society during the Yuan Dynasty" (Kyuko-shoin 2004), and introduced "Shinguan Luibian Lijiao Sanchang Wenshen" in it. It is a important historical material on Yuan civil examination.On(2); From about 10 years ago, I researched editions of SLGJ. In this period I published some essays on SLGJ. In them I researched problem of legislation about publication under Mongol rules from using of prohibited words in SLGJ, and relations between publication of encyclopedias and codebooks through the code of marriage in 1276.On(3); I research books on stone inscriptions and local gazettes, and collected Yuan stone inscriptions, now I make a catalogue of stone inscriptions in BEIJING and SHANDONG area. But it is still under creation now After starting this project, I got interest in publication printed by one sheet of paper in China, marriage contracts, land contract, some printed sheets on civil examination etc. And I found, although research of these sheets occupy important position in the history of Chinese publication, there is very little research on this problem. In China the antique market prospers very much and such sheets have appeared mostly. So we need the preparation for using such materials. With the point, I think that research of this direction was useful.As report of this project, I published "Publication as Materials of Social History".
