Non-Destructive Characterisation of Coatings and Material Conditions of Highly Stressed Calender Rolls (T22#)

这一转让项目的目的是使轧辊能够根据条件进行再生。根据在分项目A1中获得的知识，将进一步开发所使用的无损检测方法，以便能够对轧辊的层系进行有区别的评估。与工业合作伙伴一起，将根据非破坏性确定的轧辊实际状况开发一个模型，从中可以根据该状况得出必要的再生措施和时间。

The aim of this transfer project is to enable condition-based regeneration of calender rolls. Based on the knowledge gained in subproject A1, the non-destructive testing methods used will be further developed to be able to carry out a differentiated assessment of the layer system of a calender roll. Together with the industrial partner, a model will be developed based on the non-destructively determined actual condition of the calender roll, from which the necessary regeneration measures and times can be derived on the basis of the condition.
