MYELOSCOPIC DYMANIC STUDY IN THE PATHOPHYSIOLOGY OF THE LOW BACK PAIN DISEASE, ESPECIALLY LUMBAR CANAL STENOSIS

1)对30例以腰椎管狭窄伴间歇性跛行为主要表现的患者，通过骨髓镜动态观察马尾微血管血流动力学。2)所有数据在视频监控系统下进行记录和分析。3)间歇性跛行时，在骨髓镜下可观察到马尾动脉直径增大。4)这一观察结果可能提示硬膜外压力在所谓的腰椎管狭窄中引起间歇性跛行是至关重要的。

1) The microhemodynamics of the cauda equina was dynamically observed through the myeloscope for 30 cases of lumbar canal stenosis accompanying intermittent claudication as the major manifestation.2) All data were recorded and analyzed under the Video-Monitoring-System.3) It was recognized under the myeloscope that the diameters of the arteries across the cauda equina were enlarged when observed at the presence of intermittent claudication.4) This observation may be suggesting to conclude that the extradural pressure is critical in eliciting intermittent claudication in so-called lumbar canal stenosis.
