Examination of the Psychological Factors for Peak Performance at the Situation of Motor Performance - Especially Concerning the Stage Fright -

本研究的目的是为了厘清运动情境下产生最佳表现的心理因素。主题是女大学生运动员和其他大学生。为了明确运动性能与生理心理状态的关系，采用了追求转子和其他性能，并用脑电图（特别是alpha_2波）、心率、皮肤温度、人格特征等现象对许多假设进行了检验。我们得到了以下结论。1 ． 2.运动员在赛前和比赛中越失去心境（即怯场），其人格特征表现为较高的情绪不稳定性、社会内向、紧张、焦虑倾向等。阐明了自主神经系统在运动竞赛怯场和追逐旋翼试验两种情境下的现象有多种模式，即交感神经现象模式、交感神经和副交感神经混合现象模式、副交感神经现象模式和不确定模式。通过对高、中、低三组受试者的脑电、心率、皮肤温度等指标的分析，发现高、中、低三组受试者的脑电以alpha_2波（9-11Hz）为主，alpha_2波与alpha_1波（7-9Hz）、alpha_3波（11-14Hz）有不同的趋势。试验时心率低（即交感神经兴奋程度低）的人可以期望有好的表现，而皮肤温度低（控制皮肤温度的交感神经兴奋程度越高）的人可以期望有更多的表现。似乎在游戏开始前和游戏中，自主神经系统中出现了交感神经现象和副交感神经现象的交替现象。少

The purpose of this study is to clarify the psychological factors for peak performance in athletic situation.The subject are the athletes of girl students and others in universities. In order to clarify the relationship between motor performance and physic-psychological situation, the pursuit rotor and another performance were used, and the many hypothesis were examined with EEG (especially the alpha_2 wave), heart rate, skin temperature, personality traits and other phenomena. The following conclusions were given to us.1 . The personality traits of the more the athletes lose their present of mind (that is stage fright) at both of the just before the game starts and in the game, are the higher emotional unstability, social introversion, nervousness, anxiety tendencies and so on.2. It was clarified that there are many patterns in phenomenon of autonomic nervous system regarding to the situation both of stage fright in sport contest and pursuit rotor test, that is, the sympathetic nervou … More s phenomenon pattern, the mixed phenomenon pattern of sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve, the parasympathetic nervous phenomenon pattern and the uncertain pattern.3. In examining of the relationship between pursuit rotor test and physic-psychological situation in the three groups: High, Middle and Low performance groups, by using EEG, heart rate and skin temperature, those of high performance show the alpha_2 wave (9-11Hz) as prevalent EEG, and the alpha_2 wave shows a tendency different from the alpha_1 wave ( 7-9Hz ) and the alpha_3 wave(11-14Hz). The few heart rate at trial(meaning the low sympathetic nerve excitement) can expect a good performance, and the low skin temperature(the higher the excitement of the sympathetic nerve which controls the skin temperature) can expect the more amount of performance.4.
