Use of receptor-type oncogene c-ergB-2 for the diagnosis and treatment of human cancers

A.建立了测定血清c-ErbB-2蛋白水平的酶联免疫吸附试验和放射免疫分析方法，结果稳定可靠。该系统目前正在卫生部进行临床使用评估。关于c-erb B-2基因、产物及相关基因的研究取得了以下新发现：i雌激素作为c-erbB-2蛋白的配基；ii新的受体类型酪氨酸激酶BRT被发现；iii一个新的致癌嵌合蛋白酪氨酸激酶P80被鉴定；iv c-erb B-2基因的启动子位置被揭示。v fgr，一种src类型的酪氨酸激酶被证明与Ig G Fc受体II相关。

a. We established the method for quantitation of serum c-ErbB-2 protein levels with the introduction of ELISA and RIA.The outcome was shown to be stable and reliable. This system is now under evaluation for clinical use at the Ministry of Welfare.b. The following new findings were obtained concerning the c-erbB-2 gene, product, and related genes.i The Estradiol was shown to work as a ligant for the c-ErbB-2 protein.ii New receptor-type tyrosine kinase brt was found.iii A new oncogenic chimeric protein tyrosine kinase P80 was identified.iv The promoter site of c-erbB-2 gene was revealed.v Fgr, a src-type tyrosine kinase was shown to associate with IgG Fc receptor II.
