颞下颌关节重建的综合研究1）日本猕猴5个关节的动物实验--人工颞下颌关节头和关节窝重建颞下颌关节及术后病程的动态观察;组织样本显示临床上有用的发现，钛人工关节与骨组织之间的间隙被下颌髁状突帽中的新骨填充。人工颞下颌关节置换术：本课题组研制了颞下颌关节置换术，并在颞下颌关节镜下结合关节盘-关节囊缝合固定术进行了实际应用。3）对人工颞下颌关节系统的整体评价：本术式适用于严重颞下颌关节紊乱病合并类风湿性关节炎等退行性病变的患者，除2例外，其余患者术后鼻功能均较好。然而，人工颞下颌关节的最佳形状和大小以及适当的固定方法仍有待进一步研究。

Comprehensive study of temporomandibular joint reconstruction1) Animal experiment with 5 joints of japanese monkeys-Reconstruction of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) with an artificial TMJ head and articular fossa and time-lapse observation of postoperative course ; Tissue samples showed the clinically useful finding that the interspace between titanium artificial joint and bone tissue was filled with new bone in the mandibular condylar cap.2) Artificial TMJ replacement ; Our research team has developed artificial TMJ replacement.The practical application of the system underwent in combination with articular disc-capsule sutural fixation under TMJ arthroscopy. The study of artificial TMJ replacement methods to be useful.3) Total evaluation of the artificial TMJ system ;Our reconstruction method was indicated in patients suffering from severe TMJ disturbance comlpicated by degenerative diseases including rheumatoid changesis, those who underwent this surgical procedure showed signifcantly good prognose, except two of fifteen cases applied this system. However, the optimum shape and size of the artificial TMJ and an adequate fixation method remain to be evaluated by further studies.
