STUDIES ON INTRACTABLE ORAL MUCOSAL LESIONS

1.难治性口腔黏膜病变的免疫学研究抗CD3诱导的LAX CEU与CDDP、5FU、PEP、BLM等化疗药物预先孵育后，与口腔鳞癌来源的靶细胞共同作用，细胞毒活性因试剂不同而不同，HLAI、II类分子的表达也有一定差异。本文研究了半抗原致接触性皮炎小鼠口腔、皮肤顽固性皮损中共刺激分子的免疫应答。皮肤致敏后，朗格哈里斯细胞表面CD86表达明显增加，CD80、CD86阳性细胞也有一定程度的增加。抗CTLA-4抗体可抑制皮肤反应。口腔黏膜病变预后的探讨用COX‘s Proportion ha…评价口腔鳞癌预后的影响因素更多的ZARDS模型显示侵袭方式、T分期、治疗方式是最有意义的预后因素。对其他口腔粘膜病变，如口腔白斑等口腔癌前病变、口腔扁平苔藓等与口腔癌前状态相关的病变也进行了研究。难治性口腔黏膜病变的临床特点探讨主要探讨口腔粘膜难治性病变和口干的临床特点。西格伦综合征的诊断标准对这两种疾病的鉴别诊断起着关键作用。首席调查员参加了日本干燥综合征协会修订日本诊断标准的工作会议。采用不同修订标准对823例正常对照的Siogren‘s联会体检出的敏感性和特异性进行分析。经过日本干燥综合征协会的讨论，最终修订的Siogreri综合征诊断标准已经完成。较少
