Crystallographic studies on inorganic components of black-and calcium bilirubinate gallstones

用粉末X射线衍射法对黑色胆石和胆红素钙结石进行了化学和晶体分析，发现黑色胆石中含有羟基磷灰石和白锁石。20例结石标本中含有羟基磷灰石，8例含有磷酸三钙，其余6例含有羟基磷灰石和磷酸盐。两者钙磷含量呈正相关，相关系数为：Y=2.154X+18.00，r=0.9943。含磷酸三钙的样品，Y=1.964X+13.43，r=0.9994。每条回归线的斜率均接近理想的钙磷比2.157(羟基磷灰石)或1.941(磷酸三钙)。碳酸钙+磷酸钙结石中碳酸钙的晶型以方解石为主，而碳酸钙组中以文石为主。X射线衍射仪在低角度处发现一些与胆红素钙结石相似的峰。

Chemical and crystallographic analysis, by powder X-ray diffractometry, were carried out on black-and calcium bilirubinate gallstones.Hydroxyapatite and whitlockite [TCP] were identified in black qallstones. HAP was found in twenty gallstones speciments, TCP in eight, but the remaining six specimens contained HAP plus TCP.There was a close correlation between the calcium contents and phosphorus contents of both HAP,the following correlation was found : Y=2.154X+18.00, r=0.9943. For the specimens containing TCP,Y=1.964X+13.43, r=0.9994. The slope of each regression line was nearly equal to the idealized Ca/P weight ratio of 2.157 (HAP) or 1.941 (TCP).Crystallographic pattern of calcium carbonate in calcium carbonate pius calcium phosphate stone group, calcite was dominant, but in calcium carbonate group aragonite was dominant.On X-ray diffractometry, some peak similar with that of calcium bilirubinate stones was found at low angle area.
