New development of three-dimensional magnetocardiogram

我们使用多通道超导量子干涉仪（SQUID）系统测量了心脏产生的电流。我们尝试用该系统建立了三维心磁图（MCG），无创性地显示了心肌局部去极化。采用新开发的MCG等积分图评价心肌缺血。MCG标测对缺血性心脏病的诊断有重要价值。在胎儿中研究了过早心脏收缩以及PQ、QRS和QT间期的发育变化。使用磁解剖标测分析心律失常。成功诊断出部分心房停顿。评价了心室的容量卸载。

We measured the electrical current generated by the heart using a multichannel superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) system. We tried to develop the three dimensional magnetocardiography (MCG) using this system.Regional myocardial depolarization was visualized noninvasively by MCG. Myocardial ischemia was evaluated using newly developed iso-integral map on MCG. MCG mapping was useful for diagnosis of ischemic heart disease. Premature cardiac contractions and the developmental changes in PQ, QRS and QT intervals were investigated in the foetus. Arrhythmias were analyzed using magnetoanatomical mapping. Partial atrial standstill was successfully diagnosed. Volume unloading of the ventricle was evaluated.
