Sociological Study on 'standardization' in clinical chemistry

我们的社会学调查分为两组。一个是关于临床化学中的标准化过程的研究，另一个是关于临床实践与临床各领域技术之间的关系的研究。对于前者，我们从理论和实证两个方面进行了研究。对HbAlc在临床化学中的“标准化”进行了案例研究。这项研究基于文献计量学分析和对专家的采访。后一项研究在心理诊所、宗教医疗机构、自助协会和医疗诊所等6个不同领域进行。这项研究显示了临床技术在不同临床领域塑造形式的多种可能性。

Our sociological investigations are categorized in two groups. One is a research on 'standardiation' process in clinical chemistry and another is on the relationship between clinical practice and technology in various clinical fields. For the former we have investigated both theoretical and empirical aspects. The case study was carreid out on the 'standardization' of HbAlc in clinical chemistry. The study was based on bibliometrical analysis and interviews with experts. The latter research was carried out on 6 different fields, including psychological clinics, religeous medical institutes, self-help associations and medical clinics. The study showed various possibilities of shaping forms of clinical technologies in different clinical fields.
