Effect on smoking behavior of "Views on Health" and "Maternal Awareness" among women from pregnancy through the child care period

1)吸烟/不吸烟行为改变的主要方式如下：(1)孕前无吸烟经历，在整个孕期和分娩后继续不吸烟行为(125名妇女)；(2)孕前戒烟，并在分娩后继续不吸烟行为(76)；(3)发现怀孕时戒烟，在整个孕期和分娩后继续不吸烟行为(21)；(4)在怀孕发现时戒烟，但在怀孕后期再次开始吸烟，并在分娩后再次吸烟(7)；(5)发现怀孕时戒烟，并在分娩后再次吸烟(15)；(6)在怀孕发现后整个怀孕期间和分娩后继续吸烟(12)。2)与怀孕早期吸烟显著相关的因素是同一家庭或附近有吸烟者，以及对吸烟对健康影响的认识不足。家中或附近有吸烟者也与怀孕后期吸烟有关。与持续不吸烟行为相关的因素有“孕前吸烟次数少”、“不吸烟者住在同一个家庭”和“戒烟自我效能感强”。

1) The main patterns of changes in smoking/non-smoking behavior were as follows:(1)No smoking experience before pregnancy, and continued non-smoking behavior throughout pregnancy and after childbirth(125 women);(2)Quit smoking before pregnancy, and continued non-smoking behavior throughout pregnancy after childbirth(76);(3)Quit smoking at pregnancy discovery, and continued non-smoking behavior throughout pregnancy and after childbirth(21);(4)Quit smoking at pregnancy discovery and but began smoking again in the late stages of pregnancy, and continued smoking again after childbirth(7);(5)Quit smoking at pregnancy discovery and began smoking again after childbirth(15);(6)Continued smoking from pregnancy discovery throughout pregnancy and after childbirth(12).2) The factors significantly related to smoking during the early stages of pregnancy were presence of a smoker in the same household or nearby, and low awareness of the health effect of smoking. Presence of a smoker in the household or nearby was also related to smoking during the late stages of pregnancy. Presence of a smoker in the same household or nearby and negative views of motherhood were significantly related to smoking after childbirth.3) Factors related to continued non-smoking behavior were "Low numbers of cigarettes smoked before pregnancy,""No smoker living in the same household," and "Strong self-efficacy in quitting smoking."
