The analysis of the phenomenon that the mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is controlled the mycelium growth by light irradiation.

本文研究了光照对灵芝菌丝生长的影响。结果表明，在不同光照强度下，菌丝生长速率受光照波长和光照强度的影响，随光照强度由亮向暗的转换而变化。用发光二极管光源和黑光灯研究了短波长（351、470 nm）照射对菌丝生长速率的影响，并研究了短波长照射对菌丝体成分的影响。从菌丝体提取物的分析可知，β-1，3-葡聚糖含量和蛋白质组成等随光照条件的不同而变化。

In this study, the effect of li ght irradiation on mycelium growth of the mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) was examined. As the result, the following s were obtained.When the light was irradiated at various illuminance, the mycelium growth rate was affected by wave length and the illumi nance of the light, and the growth rate followed the switching from lignt condition to dark condition of the optical illumination. It became clear that mycelium growth rate was lowered by the irradiation in short wavelength (351,470nm), when the effect of the light wavelength was examined using light emitting diode light source and black light.The effect of the light irradiation on the mycelium component s was also examined. From the analysis of the mycelium extracts, it became clear that β-1,3-glucan contents and protein compositions, etc. varied with the lighting condition.
