A Study on Deinstitutionalization and Community Living Support System

为了了解非机构化和社区生活支助系统，本研究报告讨论了以下问题：为什么住在寄宿机构的人离开那里，向过渡到社区的人提供了哪些服务，过渡是否导致社区参与？结果表明，实现社区参与的可能性是作为向公众提供住房、基本收入、工作、休闲和社会参与等福利服务的问题进行讨论的。

To understand deinstitutionalization and community living support system following questions were discussed in this study : why did persons who lived in residential institutions leave there, which services were provided to those persons in transition to the community and has the transition led to community participation? The results showed that the possibilities to achieve participation in the community were discussed as a matter of making available the welfare services provided for the general public like housing, basic income, work, leisure and social participation.
