The multi-case studies of social entrepreneurship and local business strategy : In search of the creation mechanism of cultural business

本文通过多个案例的研究，探讨了文化产业的创造机制。我们认为，为了利用、流通和创造动态资源，嵌入在每个制度特定逻辑中的社会企业家、公民、地方政府和私营公司必须将他人的利益作为自己的资源加以利用，并以集体行动的形式进行。我们还提出了一个关于社会企业家和组织之间关系的重要问题，在文化企业的情况下，这个问题不可避免地会发生变化，因为建立过程需要比其他行业长得多的时间。

This paper explored the creation mechanism of cultural business by conducting the multi-case studies. We suggest that, in order to utilize, circulate and create dynamic resources, it's essential for social entrepreneurs, citizens, local governments and private companies, who are embedded in each institutional specific logic, to exploit others' interests as own resources and to engage in the form of collective action. We also raise an important issue concerning the relationship between social entrepreneurs and organizations, which inevitably transforms in the case of cultural businesses as building-up process requires much longer time than other industry.
