Action Research on the use of E-mail to Improve Health Instruction Skills

本研究的目的是制定健康指导技能，并检查与使用电子邮件在特殊的健康指导所涉及的实际问题，以及获得知识，以开发一个具体的方法，提高健康指导技能。在我们的行动研究过程中，我们能够指出潜在的电子邮件用户的特征，以及有效使用电子邮件的指导要点。在执行保健指导的同时，不断审查案例有助于提高保健教员的技能。

The purpose of this study was to formulate health instruction skills and examine the practical problems involved with the use of e-mail in special health instruction, as well as to obtain knowledge to develop a specific methodology for improving health instruction skills. During the process of our action research, we were able to point out characteristics of potential e-mail users, as well as important points on instruction for the effective use of e-mail. Together with the implementation of health instructions, continual review of case examples helped to improve the skills of health instructors.
