Comparative Study of Biotechnology Clustering and Entrepreneurship

在这项研究中，我们有两个视角。首先，企业家活动与集群形成和发展的关系缺失。无论是集群中的类型，还是涌现型和计划型，我们都可以验证企业家活动在集群形成和发展过程中创造平台的重要性。其次，为了创造地区能力，根植于地区背景的社区，在具有挑战性的商业的不稳定中提供生活的稳定性，应该是当今日本社会创造地区能力的最关键条件。

We have two perspective in this research. First of all, relationship between entrepreneur activity and cluster formation and development has become missing link. Regardless of typology in the cluster, the emergent type and the planned type, we could verify the importance of entrepreneur activity in order to create the platform at the process of cluster formation and development. Secondly, in order to create the regional capability, the community ingrained with regional context, offering the stability of life vis-a-vis the instability of challenging business, should be the most critical condition of creating the regional capability in the Japanese society today.
