わが国の革新的な中小企業の定量的および定性的分析からは創業経営者の割合や家族の出資比率が大きく企業家的な志向性も高いが、中核技術・アイデア・概念の独自性は他社の追随を許さないほど際立って高いとはいえない。日米の中小企業支援施策の認定を受けた技術開発型中小企業の経営に関する比較分析を試みた結果、売上高研究費比率はアメリカ企業が大きく上回っているが、企業家的な戦略やトップのビジョナリー行動は日本企業の方が顕著であることが明らかになった。

The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China includes the analysis of the ratio of investment by entrepreneurs and families, the analysis of the ambition of entrepreneurs, the analysis of core technology, the analysis of the concept of independence, the analysis of the follow-up of other companies, the analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurs and families, and the analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurs and families. The results of the comparative analysis of the management of technology-based SMEs in Japan, the ratio of research expenses to sales, and the strategic actions of entrepreneurs in Japanese enterprises
