Fundamental study of medical business ethics

在本研究中，生命伦理学和医学伦理学一直被视为与医疗专业人员的决策有关的争论问题，本研究将其作为医疗机构的组织伦理学问题加以讨论，以管理伦理学为范本，关注医疗机构作为经济有机体的一面。由此，在收集个案的基础上，找出了在美国等国开始争论的HSR(医院社会责任，医疗机构的社会责任)这一新概念的可能性。

In this research, the problem of the bioethics and the medical ethics regarded as an argument in connection with decision-making as medical professionals until now was discussed as a problem of the organization ethics of the medical institution which made managing ethics the model by paying one's attention to the side as an economical organism of a medical institution. From this, the possibility of the new concept of HSR (Hospital Social Responsibility, social responsibility of a medical institution) about which it is beginning to argue in the U.S. etc. was found out, being based on collection of an individual case.
