Empirical Study for Building the Environment where Japanese Journalism Can Become Conscious of Underlying Nationalism by Analyzing Modern Journalism.

本研究旨在探讨现代日本新闻业中的民族主义观念、民族主义话语结构以及民族主义的意义。作为这项研究的结果，我阐述了匈牙利电视新闻如何处理民族主义，匈牙利电视和日本电视的异同，以及北京奥运会和日本电视对中国的刻板印象。此外，我还提出建立一个全国性报纸上有关官方问题的文章数据库。从现在开始，在增加了数据库的完整性后，我计划分析一个全国性报纸文章的数据库，并通过分析现代新闻业来证实潜在的民族主义。

The purpose of this study is to explore the view of nationalism, the structure of nationalism discourse and the meaning of nationalism in modern Japanese journalism. As the result of this study, I illustrated how Hungarian TV journalism deals with nationalism, similarities and differences between Hungarian TV and Japanese TV, and the stereotype to China included in the Beijing Olympics and its news reports through Japanese TV. And, I advanced making a database of national newspapers articles about official issues. From now on, after having increased the completeness of the database, I plan to analyze a database of national newspapers articles, and to substantiate underlying nationalism by analyzing modern journalism.
