Study on the cultural and artistic factors of the Olympic Games

古代奥运会的号手和传令员比赛被纳入了艺术比赛。《奥林匹克宪章》规定，奥运会主办城市除了举办体育比赛外，还必须举办文化活动。文化项目从1992年巴塞罗那奥运会开始，由于它是从上届奥运会的末尾开始的，所以被称为文化奥林匹克运动会。新一届奥林匹克运动会将于1月1日开始，届时奥运会将在那个夏天举行。那么我们应该在奥运会之后继续把文化项目作为奥运文化和艺术的遗产之一。我们应该呼吁狩野治五郎教授的理想、学校体育教学的内容和日本文化的精神，为未来的奥运会进行文化交流和国际交流。

The trumpeter and herald competitions in the ancient Olympic Games were included in the artistic competition. The Olympic Charter says that the Olympic host city must hold a culture program as well as sport competitions. The cultural program has begun since 1992 Barcelona Olympics, and its program was was called Cultural Olympiade because it started from the end of the fore Games. The new Olympiade begins at January 1st when the Olympic Games will be celebrated in that summer. Then we should continue the cultural program after the Olympic Games as one of the Olympic legacy of culture and art.We should appeal the ideal of professor Jigoro Kano, contents of physical education in schools and the spirit of Japanese culture for the cultural exchange and international communication for the future Olympic Games.
