**SafetySpect UK, Ltd.** was founded to develop and commercialize advanced optical sensing technologies for applications in food safety, quality, adulteration, and traceability for the UK and European markets. Working with our partners at the Institute for Global Food Security at Queen's University Belfast, we are developing new tools to improve the way seafood is brought to market.
