ADRIAMYCIN PLUS ZINECARD V NO TREATMENT IN ADVANCED BREAST CA AFTER 6 CYCLES CAF

这项随机IIIb期双组试验的主要目的是 1）评估是否继续使用阿霉素治疗， 右雷佐生（具有心脏保护作用） 局部晚期或转移性乳腺癌患者， 在接受六个前线CAF课程后稳定或有反应 与化疗已被治疗的类似患者相比， 化疗6个疗程后中断; 2）是否继续 用这些药物治疗缩短了疾病进展的时间， 与接受化疗的患者相比，发生CHF或死亡 中断; 3）评估对体能状态、肿瘤- 两种药物的相关症状和安全性。

The primary objectives of this randomized Phase IIIb two armed trial are to 1) evaluate whether continuing therapy with Adriamycin and dexrazoxane (which is cardioprotective) prolongs time to progression in patients with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are stable or in response after receiving six courses of front-line CAF chemotherapy compared to similar patients whose chemotherapy has been interrupted after 6 courses of chemotherapy; 2) whether continuing therapy with these agents prolongs time to disease progression, development of CHF, or death compared to patients who had chemotherapy interrupted; 3) to evaluate the effect on performance status, tumor- related symptoms and safety of both agents.
