A master's degree from the University of Oxford will be the direct bridge to the PhD for me. As delineated above, I have become closely interested in numerical methods, international macroeconomics, and labor economics. Oxford offers a structured course environment that will allow me to develop the foundation for my further research career. I am familiar with the resources that the University of Oxford provides, and will be able to use the duration of the MPhil effectively, especially with the support of the Department of Economics and Nuffield.
