英文摘要
This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. Regarding AIDS This study will enroll 33 patients who have been virologically suppressed on protease inhibitor and 2 NRTIs. In Step 1, patients will change their PI(s) to atazanavir/ritonavir. If they tolerate the drug change, they enter Step 2: they stop NRTIs and continue atazanavir/ritonavir alone. The primary endpoint is time to virologic failure through 24weeks.
