CORE 3D: INFRASTRUCTURE BIOINFORMATICS

This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The Bioinformatics Core, housed at The Burnham Institute, will be supervised by Dr. Andrei Osterman. The Bioinformatics Core plays a key unifying role in the CPP. This Core will provide an advanced support in data management and analysis for all the TRPs and DBPs of the Center. The Core will also build the framework for broad dissemination of protocols and specific results generated in the CPP to the whole Research community.
