Market assessment of thermochemical hydrogen production with the CuCI cycle

Hydrogen is a clean energy carrier and potentially major solution to the environmental problems of climate change. It is currently used for food production to make fertilizers, oil refinement processes and may one day be used to power cars and other vehicles. Under the leadership of Dr. Greg Naterer, an international consortium of engineers and scientists are developing a series of proprietary reactors for the production of hydrogen from water, using a thermochemical cycle called the copper-chlorine (Cu-Cl) cycle. We are taking advantage of our leadership position and aggressively pursuing a commercialization strategy that will allow the construction of hydrogen production plants in selected industrial settings in Canada and throughout the world. Four patent applications have been filed on various components of the system and more will be added to the system as the development continues.
