Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is a highly valued analytical tool within industry and science, able to**reveal atomic- and molecular-level chemical structure in organic and inorganic samples. The innovative**platform offered through a benchtop NMR designed has evolved a once large and cumbersome instrument**footprint into strategic research areas once inaccessible including inert air gloveboxes and in field applications.**The next leap in innovation and advancement is to increase the overall sensitivity of the method broadening its**far-reaching capabilities into solids, active pharmaceutical ingredients and environmental applications where**low analyte situations are common. The Nanalysis-Michaelis engagement strategically aims to tackle these**current challenges facing this industry, positioning Nanalysis to further develop applications and method**development into new industrial, research and teaching areas. Using cryogenic technology including electrical**and sample cooling has the ability to increase sensitivity while serving as a conduit for variable temperature**characterization capabilities. Further hardware development will offer extensions into new research areas**including solid-state NMR of nanoparticles, J-couplings, and single-crystal studies.
