Chalcostibite brick-like nanoparticles have been synthesized using hot-injection method in coordinating solvents. The CuSbS2 nanobricks possess a band gap of 1.40 eV and the corresponding nanobrick-electrode shows an IPCE of 5%–15% in the visible region.
