The publication serves as a guide for men and women interested in the educational opportunities in ocean sciences. This will be the twelfth update of this publication, included in the changes will be an advance the state of the data base that outlines marine engineering and science education facilities and an index of faculty. The new title will be "Education and Training Programs in Oceanography and Related Fields."
