Group Travel Grant to 2003 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation

年度IEEE机器人与自动化国际会议（ICRA）由IEEE机器人与自动化学会主办，是机器人与自动化领域在质量和数量上最好的事件，并作为一个论坛聚集国际研究人员介绍和讨论新兴技术。该项目将支持约45名美国研究人员参加2003年5月12日至17日在台湾台北举行的2003年ICRA。主要目的是帮助美国研究人员参加这一重要的国际会议，否则他们将无法参加会议。美国研究人员将通过与世界各国研究人员展示研究成果、讨论和交流信息，保持在研究领域的高度竞争地位。该项目大力支持少数群体研究人员和学生，他们需要经济支持，以参与2003年ICRA。

Proposal 0242218Group Travel Grant to 2003 IEEE International Conference on Robotics and AutomationPI: Yuan ZhengOhio State UniversityThe annual IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), sponsored by the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society, is the best event in terms of quality and quantity in the areas of robotics and automation, and has served as a forum gathering international researchers for presentation and discussion of emerging technologies. This project is to support about 45 U.S. researchers to participate in the 2003 ICRA that will be held in Taipei, Taiwan, May 12-17, 2003. The primary objective is to help U.S. researchers participate in this key international conference, who could not otherwise attend the Conference. U.S. researchers will maintain a highly competitive position in research by presenting research results, discussion, and exchange information with researchers from all over the world. This project strongly supports minority group researchers and students who would need financial support for their participation in the 2003 ICRA.
