This priority programm is highly interdisciplinary, which is mirrored by the coordination team consisting of both electrical engineers and mathematicians, namely Prof. Dr. Martin Bossert (Universität Ulm, Electrical Engineering), Prof. Dr. Gerhard Kramer (TU München, Electrical Engineering), Prof. Dr. Gitta Kutyniok (TU Berlin, Mathematics), Prof. Dr. Otmar Loffeld (Universität Siegen, Electrical Engineering), Prof. Dr. Rudolf Mathar (RWTH Aachen University, Electrical Engineering), and Prof. Dr. Holger Rauhut (RWTH Aachen University, Mathematics).Consequently, two main coordinators were elected with one being more responsible for the electrical engineering aspects (Prof. Dr. Rudolf Mathar) and the other for the mathematical aspects (Prof. Dr. Gitta Kutyniok). To fulfill our tasks as main coordinators, we herewith apply for the funds described in the sequel.
