项目摘要

今年度は本研究課題２年目であり、昨年度同様資料調査活動を積極的に展開予定であったが、COVID-19感染拡大の影響が複数回にわたって深刻化したため一部の公共機関（とりわけ大学図書館）の利用制限が継続的に行われ、た。しかしながら、感染収束の時期をみはからうとともに研究分担者と連携することによって、北海道、神奈川県、愛媛県、鹿児島県の教育研究所(教育センター)の資料室や公立図書館・公文書館等において、戦後初期の文部省所管の地区別中等教育研究集会（ワークショップ）や都道府県教育委員会主催の中等教育研究集会の報告書や実験学校・研究指定校の実践報告書・周年記念史誌、所轄庁として関連する教育委員会の刊行物、各地の農業教育史等の収集を行うことができた。昨年度収集したものと合わせてこれまで収集した資料の分析を通じて、戦後改革期の各地における中等教育段階における教育課程づくりの取り組みや農業教育や家庭科教育を中心とする高等学校職業教育改革の取り組み、農業クラブや家庭科クラブなどの活動を通じた高校と地域との連携（地域から高校への支援と高校生による地域への貢献）に関する状況の地域性と共通性の一旦を抽出することができた。また、研究分担社が戦後改革期にCI&E職業教育担当官として来日していたアイヴァン・ネルソンの一連の講演録をテキスト分析を行い、時系列でその内容を分析することを通じて、ネルソンが指導にあたって重点を置いていたポイントが徐々に遷移することが確認できた。
