项目摘要

本研究は、国内外における活躍する日本人企業家が生み出す「イノベーション」およびその背景にある「企業家（アントレプレナーシップ）教育」の実態を調査し、次の３つのリサーチクエスチョンに対する解を探ることによって、日本人ならではのイノベーター像とそれに必要となるスキルを提示した上で、企業家育成プログラムの体系を明らかにすることを目的としている。①これからの日本の（グローバルに通用する日本人の）企業家教育には、どのようなイノベーション能力が求められ（グローバルイノベーションを起こすためにどのような能力や経験、資源の動員等が必要となるのか）、②そもそも日本人が起こすグローバルイノベーションとはどのようなもので、どのように創出されるものなのか、③かつそれはどのような方法で教育可能なのか、④「イノベーション先進国」のアントレプレナーシップ教育（およびイノベーション創出環境の仕組み）はどこまで日本に適用可能なのかである。2022年度は、新型コロナウイルス変異株蔓延の影響により現地調査に対する制約が続いたものの、これまでの遅れを取り戻すために、研究会における議論や文献渉猟に加えて現地調査と研究報告、論文執筆を行った。研究会は当該分野に精通する大学研究者４名と実務家５名から構成し、合計５回の研究会を開催した。今年度の研究会では、国際比較するための分析視角の議論、各研究会メンバーから現地調査報告、研究報告を行うとともに進捗状況を共有した。
